Craft Lab: Dusty Sprites Mobiles

Suitable for 5+ | £5 per child | Booking required

Every house with a fireplace has its Dust Sprites and Valence House is no exception! You might recognize these fuzzy, big-eyed little creatures from famous animated films, but did you know they’ve actually been hiding out right here at Valence House? They’re absolute besties with the B.A.D. Fairy, causing quiet, dusty mischief in every corner!

Step inside this half-term to craft your very own suspended Sprite Mobile to take home and guard your room. Along the way, explore the Japanese folklore of the Susuwatari (wandering soot), discover their role in traditional culture, and see how these tiny helpers protect home and hearth, just like our B.A.D. Fairy!

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Our spaces are wheelchair accessible.
