Valtos @ Oslo, London

We're bringing the full band to London!

Valtos are Skye natives Daniel Docherty and Martyn MacDonald, and they have taken the Trad and Electronic music worlds by storm. Since their debut shows in December 2021, they have entertained audiences at festivals and sold-out venues nationwide.

They draw inspiration from the breathtaking beauty of their home, infusing their recordings and live performances with a profound sense of place. Joined onstage by a full live band, Valtos deliver energetic and unforgettable live experiences.

Valtos' talent and innovation has garnered recognition, seeing them getting to the finals of BBC Introducing Scottish Act of the Year, earning a spot on The List’s 2024 Hot 100, the title of Up and Coming Artist of the Year award in 2022 and a nomination for Best Live Act 2023 at The Scots Trad Awards.

Accessibility: The nature of the venue means that standing is very common – seating may be provided upon request, but good lines of sight to the stage cannot be guaranteed. If you require a seat, please email details of your access needs to access@alttickets.com. Hackney Central Station provides step free access, and the distance from the station to the venue is also step-free. Disabled toilet facilities can be found on the ground floor of the venue. Given the nature of the venue we would discourage customers from bringing assistance dogs with them during shows and busy periods. We do however, offer an essential companion concession in these instances. Customers with accessibility difficulties who need a full-time assistant in order to attend the event are eligible to purchase 2-for-1 tickets, in order to bring a personal assistant or carer to the event at no extra cost. To apply for a 2-for-1 ticket, please book a standard entry ticket and then email proof of eligibility to access@alttickets.com
