Through ritual, somatic, partner and group work, you’ll be invited to:

• Connect to the earth, your body and womb 

• Explore what staying silent is costing you

• Feel and releas what is holding you back 

• Say what you think or desire

• Ask for what you want

Guide lines

• Please arrive on time to start the ceremony together
• Bring a a thin scarf and an object that symbolises your power
• Bring a blanket, pen, paper, water and optional food to share. 

Nat van Zee

Helps women feel confident and empowered to speak up and express who they are. 

She is an award-winning burnout coach and trauma-informed hypnotherapist. Nat blends somatic coaching, Internal Family Systems, hypnosis, and nervous system regulation to help clients get to the root of burnout, anxiety, and self-sabotage, often when nothing else has worked. Api Ascaso 

Api is a powerful ceremony leader, therapist and musician who uses music, voice and improvisation as tools for presence, self-expression and conscious evolution.

Blending world instruments, movement, breath and intuitive sound, she creates immersive experiences that help people reconnect with their authentic voice, creativity and emotional expression.

For the past 6 years, Api has facilitated individual and group sessions exploring the healing power of music, embodiment and sound as pathways to liberation, connection and self-discovery.
