Santa and his elves at Vaughan Mills are excited to share this one-of-a-kind magical & immersive experience, Santa's Tiny Big Town. Guests will have their very own one on one time to meet with Santa himself. The holiday magic doesn’t stop there, in fact it’s just beginning. Santa’s Elves will gift each family with a magical key, inside a gift box that explains why we believe, how to use the magical key and why this has become a tradition at Vaughan Mills for families within our community. Santa offers photo packages that can be booked online and 100% of the proceeds are donated to support SickKids Foundation. Vaughan Mills is a member of SickKids Luminaries, meaning we have donated over $1 million and to date we have donated $1,047,500 to SickKids Foundation.

Please Note if you are purchasing a photo package, only Option 1 and Option 2 includes 1 pose per photo package. Option 3 allows for 2 poses. Photo package pricing includes applicable taxes.

Q: How long is the Santa’s Tiny Big Town?
A: Approximately 5 minutes.

Q: When should I arrive for my reservation?
A: Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes in advance of your time as parking may be busier than usual during the holiday season.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
A: Yes. To receive a full refund, you must cancel no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be applied.

Q: Can I bring additional guests with me to my reservation?
A: We are only able to accommodate the precise number of guests you reserved. *Maximum of 6 attendees. If your group is larger than 6 attendees you will need to book an additional time slot(s).

Q. How do I reschedule my appointment?
A. You may reschedule your appointment. Please note once the appointment is cancelled appointment choices may be limited. Please contact support@theggmediagroup.com for rescheduling.

Q: Is there somewhere to store my child’s stroller/carrier while visiting Santa’s Tiny Big Town?
A: Yes, your child’s stroller/carrier can be kept next to you or at the exit as you make your way through Santa’s Tiny Big Town.

Q: Will professional photos be provided?
A: Yes, if you pre-purchased one of our Santa Photo Packages at the time of booking. If you wish to have a photo taken with you on your own device, Santa’s elves are happy to assist if you have pre-purchased a photo package and if time permits.

Q: If I purchase a photo package, how many poses can I take for the photos?
A: Only 1 pose will be allowed for Option 1 and Option 2 photo packages purchased. Option 3 allows for 2 poses.

Q: Where does my reservation fee go?
A: All proceeds from your reservation fee will be donated to The Hospital for Sick Children.

Q. What is the policy due to Inclement Weather?
A. In the event the shopping centre must close due to inclement weather, all bookings for that day will be refunded.
