"-And The Little One Said is a grotesquely dark comedy that follows Sasha, Henry, Cedric and Rose, as they spend two weeks at Sasha’s uncle’s country home for a summer holiday. With a backdrop of late 90s Britain (a time of innovation, new ideas and excitement for the future), the group's fate is about to be destroyed forever by a series of disturbing events that will expose evils and completely change their lives. And amongst all the discomfort, death and despair, as the little one says... roll over.

Written by Mai Stacey as a love letter to British dark comedy classics from the 90s, 'And The Little One Said' aims to tell a disturbing story contrasted with some wickedly dark humour so you won’t be able to look away, even when it makes you sick. Based on real experiences of misogyny and rape culture in university life and close knit friendship circles, the play conveys a world which may seem unsettlingly familiar to many young women; but with a murderous edge allowing an exploration into the darker sides of human nature.
