One afternoon, classmate Anthony arrives unexpectedly with a beat-up copy of Walt Whitman's LEAVES OF GRASS and an urgent assignment from their English teacher. Through this seemingly mundane poetry project, the two open up to each other and reveal their secrets. 'I and YOU' is an ode to youth, life, love and the strange beauty of human connections.
