Macaron Class
Veggies to Table co-founder Alain Ollier, french native, former Penobscot school teacher, and avid baker of all that is sweet and sinful, will be our instructor in the art of making the, much coveted, French macarons.
Join us at the Penobscot Bay Language School for this intimate, and hands on, class and learn how to make these quintessential treats. Not only will you have fun, you will be helping Veggies to Table grow and donate even more produce and flowers for those in need in our community. Sampling, of course, mandatory! The cost is $60.
Group size for each session is limited to 6 participants. Sessions start at 10:00 am, 11:30 am, and 2:00 pm. All participants will be sent home with their own little bag of macarons.
