VegOut West Festival 2025

VEGAN WEEKEND FESTIVAL! VEGOUT WEST 2025… 12th - 13th July (weekend camping 11th - 14th July) Activities and music run over Saturday until 11pm and Sunday until 9pm.

SMALL & RELAXED family festival in the grounds of Scolton Manor Park, near Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA62 5QL . See Facebook or Instagram for details over the next few months..!!
Weekend tickets include 3 nights camping (from 4pm Friday 11th July until midday Monday 14th July).
Two days of live music & Dj sets, come and see SPIRAL SCOUTS, VEGAN QUEEN V, BFRIENDLY, EMALINE DELAPAIX, GAVIN CHAPPELL-BATES, ELTON V & more…
Workshops are included in all tickets - as well as yoga sessions , foraging walk, storytelling, dance, demos, circus skills, games, scavenger hunt,  jigsaw contest, fun bingo, vegan cheese & chocolate judging panel, board games, play dough tent & more!
Therapies space on site in the bell tents.
Great food available with Simply Vegan, Vegan Filth,  cakes & more! Fabulous stalls, coffee van and Bitters & Twist Bar.

VegOut West is a not for profit, friendly fest for likeminded people who care about animals, health & the future of our planet.
All festival visitors have access to the woodland walks, walled garden & play areas surrounding the festival field at Scolton Manor. Come join us for a vegan weekend in Pembrokeshire!

Water refill station - please bring your water bottle...

Hand washing facilities, soap, washing up liquid/water points in the camping area and also warm water is located in the welcome centre.

Dogs are welcome on leads, you MUST clean up after them, water bowls on site & free poo bags provided.

Please note, as usual there are no showers on site at Scolton Manor, Haverfordwest Leisure Centre has shower facilities.

There's no facilities for Campervan/Motorhome Waste Disposal (ELSAN) at this Venue. Emptying toilet cassettes in toilets or portaloos is not permitted. We have plenty of portaloos and toilets in the visitor centre too.

No generators, no open fires or disposable bbqs. No glass on site.
Camping stoves are permitted.

Use the recycle & general rubbish bins provided - help us keep the site clean & safe.

Accessibility- disabled parking area available, select the option on the ticket page. Please note the festival is mostly on grass, parts of the field are slightly sloping which may affect visitors with mobility issues.

Visitors are permitted to bring a small amount of alcohol per adult to the campsite but these won't be allowed in the festival area. 

No glass policy on site. No illegal drugs or weapons.

Tickets are non refundable but you can resell them on our Fb page.
