VegOut West Festival 2026

✨ VEGAN WEEKEND FESTIVAL - VEGOUT WEST 2026 ✨ 11th - 12th July  2026

🏕 Weekend tickets: Includes Saturday & Sunday with camping from 4pm Friday 10th July until 11am Monday 13th July. 
Friday evening meet-up: There will be food, drinks, some entertainment (likely be a film)  & free vegan marshmallows round the fire pit, come & say hello.

🌼 Day tickets: available now ..  Activities and music run over Saturday until 11pm and Sunday until 8pm.

🌞 This year we are going SOLAR POWERED! To make our event more climate conscious and sustainable this is a big step forward for us & much more in line with the ethics of the festival.

⭐️ VegOut West is a not for profit, volunteer run, friendly fest for likeminded people who care about animals, health & the future of our planet. We welcome non vegan visitors to come and try out some amazing plant based food & join in with the weekend activities.

🌳 All festival visitors have access to the woodland walks, walled garden & play areas surrounding the festival field at Scolton Manor. Come join us for a vegan weekend in Pembrokeshire!

💦 Water refill station - please bring your water bottle...

🫶🏻 Hand washing facilities, soap, washing up liquid/water points in the camping area and also warm water is located in the welcome centre.

🦮 Dogs are welcome on leads, you must clean up after them, water bowls on site & free poo bags provided. Please only bring your dog if they are happy in a Festival environment. 

🧼 Please note, as usual there are no showers on site at Scolton Manor. 
Haverfordwest Leisure Centre has shower facilities.

🚾 There's no facilities for Campervan/Motorhome Waste Disposal (ELSAN) at this Venue. Emptying toilet cassettes in toilets or portaloos is not permitted. We have plenty of portaloos, compost loos and toilets in the visitor centre too.

💥 No generators, open fires or disposable bbqs. 
Camping stoves are permitted.

♻️ Use the recycle & general rubbish bins provided - help us keep the site clean & safe.

♿️ Accessibility- disabled parking area available, select the option on the ticket page. Please note the festival is mostly on grass, parts of the field are slightly sloping which may affect visitors with mobility issues.

🍹 Visitors are permitted to bring a sensible amount of alcohol per adult to the campsite but these won't be allowed in the festival area. 

💟 No alcohol glass policy on site. No illegal drugs, weapons, meat or dairy products. 

💟 Tickets are non refundable but you can resell them on our Fb page.
