After raising a staggering £72,000 in 2022, Velindre’s annual Wear Red campaign returns on Friday 3rd February 2023. Now more than ever, we need your help in painting Wales RED!
With cancer now affecting 1 in 2 people in Wales, and the COVID pandemic still placing strain on our cancer services, we need to raise more money to help more cancer patients and families.
Make a BIG difference with a SMALL donation.
We’re inviting you to simply wear red and donate a pound to Velindre on 3rd February in support of the men and women’s rugby teams ahead of the 2023 Six Nations. You can get involved as an individual, family, school, business or community group.
Why not go the extra mile and host your own Wear Red themed fitness challenge, event, raffle or bake sale. Every single pound will help provide Hope for more cancer patients and families in Wales.
Your donations will help fund areas including ground-breaking research and clinical trials, children’s resources and 50% of specialist nurse’s at Velindre Cancer Centre.
