Fredrik Josefsson - SEB Growth 

Fredrik Josefsson is the founder of SEB Greenhouse and SEB Innovation Forum, two initiatives designed to support scaling companies and foster innovation-based growth. With over 16 years of experience in the financial sector, he has a proven track record in helping both startups and established businesses scale through strategic use of networks and expertise. Fredrik also contributed as an expert to the Swedish Government's investigation into the development of the innovation and entrepreneurship climate, advising on policies to improve the conditions for business and innovation in Sweden. Known for his integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership, he excels in building customer-driven, sustainable solutions that drive long-term growth.

Yaroslava Weidersjö - Strategic Partnerships Manager at Feminvest

Entrepreneur with a background in corporate law, business development and global project management, with experience from international organisations as Microsoft and Reckitt Benckiser. At Feminvest, she drives strategic partnerships across the Nordics, leads initiatives like Fearless in Denmark and Helsinki and Run For Women’s Ownership in Sweden and manages the Academy Network to foster learning in investments and entrepreneurship. Alongside this, she runs her own legal consultancy, helping businesses grow with clarity and strategy.

Viveca Karima Viso - Head of Growth at Holy Comms

Viveca Viso is an award-winning growth architect with 20+ years of experience scaling startups and global brands. Recognized as AddHer Role Model of the Year and Nordic PropTech Award winner, she specializes in commercial growth, pitching, business coaching and inclusive leadership—coaching ventures like EmiGreat to win Female Founder of the Year

Johan Lange -  Brand & Relations Lead at Spiris

Johan Lange is the Brand & Relations Lead at Spiris, responsible for the company’s relationship-building partnerships. For several years, he has collaborated with various entrepreneurship forums, with a strong commitment to increasing the number of companies in Sweden. His team manages PR, insights, employer branding, brand experience, and brand communications. A firm believer in the power of networking, his passion for entrepreneurship is at the core of everything he does.

Change of plans? If you’re unable to attend, you must cancel your ticket at least 48 hours before the event. No-shows without cancellation will be charged a 250 SEK fee.
