Venus in Velvet | December 2026 ♥️

Venus in Velvet is back at The Count’s Den in DTLA. The Den is already a speakeasy. On December 17, we'll take it further. Expect a live vintage jazz quartet, classic burlesque, cabaret song & dance, cocktails, and time between sets to mingle and enjoy the room.

It's our third edition with this exceptionally talented cast. Ginger Collins, Sarah Vita, & Sinclair form the recurring trio here to curate powerfully feminine acts for your viewing pleasure. Picture a Thursday night made of artistry and sensuality that's inevitably more alive than usual.

Featuring live music pulse from our brilliant house band The Scarlet Quartet: Katie Cavera on upright bass, Crystal Holloway on drums, Jimmy Cormier with the guitar, and Gabe Burns playing sax.

There are plenty of nights to stay home. Work recovery, apple tv, and doomscrolling will be there the next day. But we think life is meant to be interesting ⋆˙⟡

Doors at 8. Show 8:15. Late entry allowed but we want you to see as much as possible.

Dress code is upscale cocktail attire.
2 drink minimum to support The Den and make this possible. Wine, soda, water — everything looks better with a glass in hand.

The girls are beautiful... even the orchestra is beautiful...
