Building Science (BS) and Beer Spring Gathering featuring Lawson's Finest Liquids Building + Site Tour

Come join fellow Vermont Green Building Network (VGBN) members and building trades professionals for our spring Building Science (BS) and Beer gathering featuring a tour of Lawson's Finest Liquids brewery and site in Waitsfield, Vermont. 

Lawson's Finest Liquids brewery and taproom were built with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind. The two buildings include the brewery and taproom. The taproom was constructed by local makers using Vermont-sourced wood and stone and the brewery is an adaptive reuse of an existing building. Join us for a special building and site tour from 5-6pm. Learn more about their solar array large enough to offset the high efficiency brewing equipment and 16 electric vehicle chargers, their new storage cooler which utilizes CO2 as a refrigerant and their on-site state of the art wastewater treatment facility, treating high strength brewery wastewater and grey water from both the brewery and taproom. We will then commence our time at Lawson's Finest Liquids with networking, socializing and discussion from 6-7pm! 

Limited space and registration is required! The building and site tour from 5-6pm is capped at 40 people. Can't make the building tour? Please feel free to register to just attend the networking portion of the event from 6-7pm.
