Verulam School Open Evening – Event Summary

We are delighted to welcome prospective students and their families to our Open Evening at Verulam School – an exciting opportunity to experience life at our vibrant and forward-thinking all-boys school.

📅 Date: Tuesday 23rd September 2025 

🕔 Time: 5:00pm – 8:00pm

The evening promises an engaging insight into our academic environment, pastoral care, enrichment opportunities, and the strong sense of community that defines Verulam School.

🎤 Headteacher’s Speech – Join Mr Moane, our Headteacher, for one of three welcome speeches in the main hall. Please select your preferred time:

• 5:30pm
• 6:30pm
• 7:30pm

Each speech will give you an inspiring overview of our ethos, achievements, and what makes Verulam School a fantastic place for boys to learn and thrive.

🏫 School Tours 

Tours of the school, led by our knowledgeable students and staff, will last approximately 30 minutes. We encourage you to arrive with enough time to enjoy a tour before or after your chosen speech time. Please note: No tours will take place after the final speech at 7:30pm, so we recommend arriving early if attending the last talk.

🚗 Parking Information There is no on-site parking available. Visitors are kindly asked to use the Morrisons car park on Hatfield Road or attempt limited parking on nearby residential roads. Please be respectful of our neighbours when parking. We look forward to welcoming you to Verulam School for what promises to be an informative and inspiring evening. 🏫 Open Morning Tours

Tickets are also available for our Open Morning Tours on Thursday 25th, Friday 26th, Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th September and Wednesday 1st October. Tickets for these tours will not show once fully booked. Tours start at 9:00am and last approximately 45 minutes. The same parking information applies.
