There's a particular kind of joy that only happens in a group.
On a farm.
In a barn.
Barefoot on the earth.
A nature-based retreat to gather in the great community of life!
What this weekend is
Three days of yoga and study on living land, an agroforestry farm just outside Boulder where the air smells like earth and the light through the barn doors uplifts and inspires.
Guided by Amy, expect intelligent sequencing, hands-on teaching, and the kind of focused depth that only a small, committed group makes possible. Come to move freely and remember what your body is capable of.
There's a word for the electricity that moves through a group when everyone is fully present together. Farmers know it as tilth. Yogis have called it bhoga, ananda, shri.
Whatever you call it, you'll feel it here.
Whether you're working toward more ease in your body, more resilience, or a deeper understanding of key postures, you'll leave with practical tools for everyday life.

The Land
Early Bird Farm sits on regeneratively managed land north of Boulder, surrounded by agroforestry orchards, an adorable herd of cows, native gardens, and open skies in every direction. Sessions are held in the farm's beautiful barn, where the quality of light, air, and presence brings something to your practice that a studio simply can't replicate.
Saturday Dinner
Saturday evening, gather for a shared meal chef-prepared by Schlop Stop, a hyper-local food truck that grows much of its own produce from Early Bird Farm and sources the rest from neighboring farms. Seasonal, rooted, and genuinely delicious.
