What is Forest Bathing?
Originally a Japanese practice, Shirin-Yoku, also called as Forest Bathing is immersing oneself in a natural environment using all senses. It is more than just a walk in nature. We will practice mindfulness using all senses to deepen our connection with the natural world.

Things to note
Pre-registration is required for the event.
Age group - 17 years and above
We will be walking around 1.5 - 2 kms.
Participants must be able to walk for a longer duration and be comfortable sitting on the ground.
