Let’s start the new year off right with Jumpstart January, our annual virtual leadership event! Start earning your annual CE credits right away with access to seven individual sessions to watch at your own pace over a 4-week period, January 6th - 31st on EdQuest. Choose a couple, or watch them all... The choice is yours!

Through these virtual presentations you will get that new year, new you motivation while collecting up to seven RACE-approved CE hours. This conference is geared towards practice leaders; however, anyone is welcome to join and there is no limit on registration per practice!

PROGRAM DETAILS

During this virtual event, five expert speakers will take the digital stage starting Monday, January 6th at 9 AM Central, and attendees will have full access through January 31st. Topics include: 

• Money and Medicine: Getting Clients to Accept Your Fees - Learn to create client-focused pricing by understanding value perception. Explore factors impacting value, estimate presentation, handling challenges, discounting, and payment options. Gain confidence in financial discussions.
• Bridging the Generational Gap: Navigating Diverse Teams in Today's Veterinary Practices - With five generations at work, veterinary practices face unique challenges. This course covers generational traits and offers strategies to bridge gaps, enhance collaboration, and build a cohesive culture.
• Retention Revolution: Mastering Team & Client Loyalty - Learn strategies to build a positive culture, foster career growth, and enhance client engagement, creating a thriving environment where everyone feels valued.
• Empowering Associate Veterinarians: Mastering Management for Team Success - In today’s fast-paced practices, associates need management skills to lead cohesive teams. This course covers mission/vision, medical outcomes, tough conversations, and financial awareness, helping associates drive collaboration and efficiency.
• Performance Management – Effectively Assessing Performance - This course will equip veterinary leaders with tools for effective assessment, compensation, feedback, and goal setting to foster a culture of improvement and accountability.
• Optimizing Team Performance: Onboarding, Discipline, and Termination - Boost practice management with strategies for onboarding, progressive discipline, and termination. Gain tools to integrate hires, foster positivity, and reduce risks, creating a stable, thriving workplace.
• Building a Profitable Practice with Effective Pricing Strategies- Learn to develop a profitable, client-focused pricing strategy by understanding costs, market trends, and value perception. Gain tools for a sustainable plan that aligns with practice goals and builds client trust.

HOW IT WORKS

This virtual event is available exclusively on VGP's learning platform, EdQuest. If you have not yet claimed your account or signed up for EdQuest, you will be given a link to request your EdQuest account in your confirmation email. In addition, our Customer Service Team will confirm all EdQuest accounts are active and will email anyone who needs to set up their account prior to the virtual event. New EdQuest accounts can only be made by the VGP Team. EdQuest accounts are not meant to be shared as they store CE certificates as well as progress through courses. EdQuest accounts for all team members are included in all VGP memberships and their teams at no cost and no quantity limit!

On Monday, January 6th, you will receive an email reminding you that the virtual event is live along with a short video explaining how to navigate through the platform. Once you complete a course, your CE certificate will be saved to your EdQuest account.

REGISTRATION

This is an exclusive event for Veterinary Growth Partners members. Registration is entirely complimentary — a value of $500 per attendee! You can register as many team members from your organization as you’d like. Keep in mind, the event is geared toward owners, administrators, managers, and team leads but all are welcome! 

Please register each member of your team individually with their personal email address. Each person will need their own EdQuest account to participate.
