VIRTUAL A Team Approach to Healthy Conflict
VIRTUAL A Team Approach to Healthy Conflict
Program Overview
Conflict is an inevitable part of work and life. We deal with it constantly, but often in unproductive ways, typically focused on avoidance. Now, imagine a world where you engaged in conflict constructively and didn’t fear it. Imagine having that difficult conversation you’ve been putting off for far too long. Imagine where your practice could be if conflict was actively managed.
Now is the time to learn how to move from conflict to collaboration. In this 2-day virtual workshop, led by Shawn McVey and Rachel Teichberg, they will guide you through your personal Conflict Dynamics Profile, allowing you to learn more about your natural tendencies toward conflict. This workshop will include breakout rooms with coaching support and resources to encourage reflection, collaboration, and goal setting.
The Conflict Dynamics Profile is a personal conflict assessment that is included with each registration. Two weeks prior to the conference, attendees will receive an email with a link to their personal assessment. The digital results will be emailed to each participant on the morning of day 1 (Wednesday, 7/23).
Since this workshop is scheduled for mid-week, we highly recommend registering your whole team! The content will include opportunities for group discussions.
Please Note: Each member of your team that you registered is expected to attend the full program in order to earn their CE certificate and to avoid no-show fees. Attendance will be taken each day to ensure all registered attendees are participating.
