Leading with Emotional Intelligence

OVERVIEW

This program is designed to help you discover how to best contribute to your practice by using emotional intelligence (EQ) as the lens to assess your leadership strengths and challenges. By harnessing your EQ, you can lead with greater impact, manage more effectively, and inspire peak performance from your team.

Through this interactive workshop, you’ll gain practical skills and in-depth knowledge to strengthen your leadership and ensure you are leading with emotional intelligence. (Registration includes 12 hours of RACE-approved CE.)

PROGRAM DETAILS

The program will run from Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon at the beautiful Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center. Please note the program starts 8:30 AM on Saturday, and ends at 2:30 local time on Sunday, so please plan your travel accordingly.

This workshop is highly interactive, including small group and personal exercises, as well as time for reflection and skill building. Each attendee will receive a workbook to use throughout the weekend along with personal EQ assessment results. This unique retreat is unlike any other continuing education event and is well-suited for those in leadership positions.Our workshop is highly interactive, including small group exercises, time for reflection, and skill building. 

Breakfast will be served on Saturday and Sunday. A full lunch will be served on Saturday, and a boxed lunch will be provided on Sunday. Attendees are responsible for dinners.

To earn your RACE-CE certificate for 12 hours, you must be in attendance for the entirety of the event.

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

The program will be held at the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center (5150 Town Center Circle, Boca Raton, FL, 33486. There is a limited number of sleeping rooms reserved for our group at this hotel at a special rate per night. You will receive more information regarding securing your reservation(s) in your confirmation email.

REGISTRATION

This is an exclusive event for Veterinary Growth Partners members. Registration is entirely complimentary for VGP Elite Members—a value of $995 per attendee! We recommend that you register as many key people from your organization as possible, such as the partner-owners, practice manager, and anyone in a lead role (max 10 team members). CANCELLATION

A cancellation fee of $500 per attendee will apply to any cancellations made within 30 days of the event. Additionally, a no-show fee of $500 per attendee will be charged for any absences on the day of the event. Any cancellation fees charged by an airline, a car rental company, the resort, or another hotel are entirely your responsibility. The last day to cancel without a fee is Tuesday, 10/14.
