A Team Approach to Healthy Conflict

OVERVIEW

How often do you face conflict at work? If you dread it, you’re not alone! Bolster your confidence and learn how to deal gracefully with conflict and difficult conversations by attending this intensive, interactive program. You will develop specific skills that allow you to productively manage conflict—one of the most critical leadership skills. You’ll take a comprehensive conflict-competence assessment, build new skills, and walk away with a personalized development plan. This event is RACE-approved for 12 hours of continuing education.

PROGRAM DETAILS

The curriculum is full of opportunities to build skills, such as self-awareness, expert observation of others’ behavior, and coaching. This event is highly interactive, including small-group exercises, time for reflection, and workshop-type skill building. After attending this program, you will have increased your value to the practice as a leader and improved your connections to team members who look to you for direction. Your registration includes a personal Conflict Dynamics Assessment that will be completed prior to the event. Results will be distributed at the event.

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

The program will be held at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown (1200 Filbert St, Philadelphia, PA 19107). There is a limited number of sleeping rooms reserved for our group at this hotel at a special rate per night. You will receive more information regarding securing your reservation(s) in your confirmation email.

This is an exclusive event for Veterinary Growth Partners members. Registration is entirely complimentary for VGP Elite Members—a value of $995 per attendee! As this event is complimentary for VGP Elite members, if your account is not currently enrolled in the Elite program, a member of our team will contact you to discuss upgrading your membership or payment options.
