OVERVIEW

This program is designed to help you discover how to best contribute to your practice by using emotional intelligence (EQ) as the lens to assess your leadership strengths and challenges. By harnessing your EQ, you can lead with greater impact, manage more effectively, and inspire peak performance from your team.

Through this interactive workshop, you’ll gain practical skills and in-depth knowledge to strengthen your leadership and ensure you are leading with emotional intelligence. (Registration includes 11 hours of RACE-approved CE.)

PROGRAM DETAILS

The program will run from Saturday morning through Sunday late afternoon. Please plan your travel accordingly.

This workshop is highly interactive, including small group and personal exercises, as well as time for reflection and skill building. Each attendee will receive a workbook to use throughout the weekend. This unique retreat is unlike any other continuing education event and is well-suited for those in leadership positions.

Breakfast and lunch will be served on Saturday and Sunday, along with break snacks throughout the weekend. Attendees are responsible for dinners.
