TRAVEL: Hotel

• We have negotiated a group rate with WARWICK SEATTLE for $159/night for the dates of the event, and $249/night for the Memorial Day weekend ahead of the conference (taxes and fees not included)

TRAVEL: Flight considerations

• We are bringing back the 2-hour networking breakfast on the first day of the conference from 8am-10am.
• We will be hosting a dinner on Monday evening for all sponsors, speakers & committee members
• We have organized a visit to the Halo museum after the conference on Wednesday, May 27th, at 4pm.  Spots are limited, and priority will be given to VGBA members.  More details will be available soon.
