Viaduct Care is a GP Federation of 32 practices across Stockport, putting general practice at the heart of everything we do. Established in 2017, we deliver high-quality healthcare services for the people of Stockport, investing our £10m annual budget to improve health and wellbeing and tackle health inequalities across our communities.

By working together as a Federation, practices can deliver modern primary care in smarter, more flexible ways. GP practices remain the cornerstone of care, but collaboration allows us to respond to growing demand, changing population needs, and new models of community-based care—ensuring better access, better outcomes, and a stronger future for primary care in Stockport.
