On April 24, 2025, the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation will convene with embassies, representatives of captive nations, and human rights organizations for the 18th annual Roll Call of Nations Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Victims of Communism Memorial. This event will honor the memory of the more than 100 million people killed by communism, celebrate liberty where it has triumphed, and pursue a world free from tyranny.
