Significance
Hanuman Janmotsav commemorates the birth of Lord Hanuman, the divine vanara who exemplifies unwavering devotion to Lord Rama. Celebrated during the month of Chaitra, this festival honors Hanuman's extraordinary qualities of strength, courage, wisdom, and selfless service. As one of the Ashta Chiranjeevi (eight immortal beings), Lord Hanuman continues to bless devotees with protection from obstacles and negative energies.
This celebration reminds us of the power of devotion and the strength that comes from it. By participating in this sacred event, we seek to imbibe Hanuman's virtues of loyalty, humility, and devotion in our own lives.
