This Training is for Leaders who can bring these practices to their teams: Team Leads, change agents, folks shouldering up ‘first first-responders. It’s best if Trainers have participated in a Zone of Fabulousness training ( Collective Care, Solidarity & Justice-Doing: Resisting Burnout Online Nov 18 & 19, 2024, Feb 11 & 12, 2025) or be familiar with the practices of the ZOF resisting burnout and vicarious trauma, from the free online articles and videos on the website (vikkireynolds.ca)
We will address how to bring these practices to teams, using video and workshop exercises as resources. The goal is not to replicate workshops, but bring your own expertise and local knowledge of your team’s context of the work. The hope is to use these ZOF practices to facilitate your team’s articulating and co-creating of your own wisdoms and innovative work. Probably best if 2 folx from a team/organization attend as you don’t need to do this work alone.
