Winemaker Party: Wine Club X Worlds Apart, all the way from Aus!

We love our Aussie vino at Wine Club and we're delighted to be hosting our second Australia-themed winemaker party of the year on May 27.

This time, Louis Schofield of the amazing Worlds Apart Wines is over all the way from South Australia. Former sommelier Louis was a protege of the late Taras Ochota (of Ochota Barrels fame) and now runs a project with his wife Hannah making new-wave Aussie wines with a focus on freshness and quality, several of which have been hugely popular in our bar to date.

We'll be pouring a selection of his wines for you to try throughout the eve, and as per usual with our parties Ed and Tom will be raiding the cellars for a few quality Aussie bottles to open as well. We're delighted to also be joined on the eve by the good folks from LC Selections, an Australia-focused wine importer responsible for some of the very best bottles on our shelves (they also run fab London wine bars Dan's and Ken's).

Our events are fun, casual and interactive, good for all experience levels from total beginner to tasting pro. We'll also have our full food menu on offer including cheese, charcuterie and vegan boards, plus cheese toasties.

We'll be open from 3pm with lots of by-the-glass, please turn up by 6.45pm latest to make sure you get to try all the Worlds Apart Wines!
