Pao Carlini x Vinjoyment - Private Food and Wine Experiences

After a series of wonderful events last year, we’re excited to bring our collaboration back in 2026 to offer thoughtfully curated food and wine private dining experiences!

Meet Pao Carlini

Born and raised in Venezuela to a German-Spanish-Italian family, Pao Carlini has been cooking for over 20 years globally. Currently based between London and Miami, Pao curates bespoke culinary experiences, hosting pop-ups and residencies worldwide. Her menus showcase her diverse background, her influences and the food memories that shape her cooking — connecting people and places.

Meet Lorena Gutiérrez

Lorena is the founder of Vinjoyment, a London-based project making the world of wine dynamic and approachable. Originally from Mexico City, Lorena’s focus is on regenerative viticulture and artisanal, low-intervention wines. Through storytelling, she brings each bottle to life — highlighting the people, places and sensory experiences that connect us to the earth and to the glass.

We’ve joined forces to create food and wine experiences that reflect our commitment to honouring nature's resources. Together, we share the personal stories behind artisanal produce, delicious recipes and wonderful, exciting wines!

What we’re offering

We have designed food and wine pairing menus that represent the very best of our respective crafts. These can be enjoyed as part of an exciting private dining experience in your home, your office or any space that allows for a feast! While we have several fantastic set menus to choose from, we are always open to creating something uniquely tailored to your needs and budget.
