6:00 p.m. Join us for the Farm to Trailer Potluck and bring your favorite foodie dish—step it up a notch. We’ll provide dessert, fresh strawberry shortcake, so focus on hearty mains, farm-fresh salads, and the crowd-pleasing savory favorites you’re known for. Cook it in your trailer, over the fire, or prep it ahead—just make it delicious.

Friday

10:00 a.m. Jelly-making workshop

11:00–11:30-ish Crafters Sewing Workshop. Bring your sewing machine, and Mechelle and Donna will provide supplies and instruction to help you create something fun and trailery.

11:30 a.m. Hot Rod Shop Tour and Pizza field trip

2:00–5:00 p.m. Sip, Stroll & Stay Funky: The Petaluma Rally Progressive Wine Tasting
Park the trailer and grab your walking shoes. Immerse yourself in the soulful, artistic heart of downtown Petaluma with an exclusive progressive wine path curated especially for the Vintage Camper Trailers Magazine Petaluma Rally. More information: Click Here. (This activity requires separate tickets and is not included with rally registration.)

5:00 p.m. Brewsters Beer Garden. No-host meetup in town for dinner.

Saturday

8:00–9:00 a.m. Wake up to our Hot Cereal & Toast Potluck. We’ll provide the oats and a variety of toppings—all you need to bring is your favorite vintage toaster. If you’d like to share bread, flavored butters, or special toast spreads, bring those too. We’ll have all the basics covered. Show up in your pajamas, grab a bowl, and let’s enjoy a cozy, carb-filled morning together.

10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Food Fair with Local Makers
We’re bringing together talented local food artisans to share their delicious creations. Taste, sample, and discover new favorites—from homemade jams, cinnamon rolls, and cookies to farm-fresh treats. We’ll have an ice creamery, olive oils, tamales, tacos, and more.

8:00 p.m. Lantern Walk

Only 50 spaces are available, so make your reservations ASAP. Sites are $75- $123 per night. We have a block of sites in the "Club Area". You must register with us first to receive instructions on booking your site with KOA. (All participants staying in your trailer must be registered with us for the rally.) Once you register with us, you will receive an email with the next-step instructions on booking your site with KOA. KOA only requires a deposit on your reservation to hold your site.

Participants in the rally will receive:

• A 20% discount off regular site reservation prices at the KOA. 
• A Waiver of the $30 site lock fee in the Club Area. (With our discounts the rally costs the same as it would for you to just camp at this park.)
• Rally activities*
• Welcome gift bag.

Rally Fees:

• Couples: $90, VCT Subscriber Price. ($110 non-subscriber) Enter your subscriber promo code to save $20.
• Single Person: $60, VCT Subscriber Price. ($80 non-subscriber) Enter your subscriber promo code to save $20.
• Kids: $5 each. (5-17 years old)
• Site reservations are with the park and can be cancelled within their terms.

*Optional rally activities may have additional charges or be “no-host”. (Wine tasting, dinner out.)

If you have guests visiting you at the campground, it is beneficial to pre-register them with the park. All guests at the park must be registered at the park office.
