Join Virginia for this half day immersion into the divine temple of the Yoginis.

In this Yogini circle space all women are goddesses. We will explore what this means for us individually and collectively as we share and support one another throughout this half day journey. Practices will include feminine movement, deep restful Yoga Nidra, Mudra and Mantra.

We will recreate the temple of the Yoginis in our circle.
In this circle everything is sacred and we are all goddesses.
Practices will be feminine and flowing, as well as deeply nurturing.
There will be time for sharing, discussion and reflection.

The intention is to offer a space where we all feel we can be truly ourselves, just as we are.
We can be however we need to be in this space, restful or more interactive, everyone is so very welcome.
