There's a new way to become a GREAT Scrum Master. And now it comes in a Visual Edition!

Agile Mastery Institute has designed an impactful 6 months program where Scrum Masters and Servant Leaders can deepen their understanding of the role and move from being Good to being GREAT.

The learning is experiential and multi faceted. The cohort is intentionally small sized to favor the creation and reinforcement of inter-personal relationships. The pathway starts with a more structured high intensity module (Explorer) that follow Geoff Watts' RETRAINED model, it then allows more fluid time (Navigator) over the space of 5 months to allow the cohort to reflect and learn from each other on their learnings and how they applied them in their day to day and then it lands on a last high intensity structured module (Adventurer) where RETRAINED is explored from a different perspective.

Each module is designed for high interactivity and engagement according to the principles of Training from the Back of the Room.

In addition to any other Pathway, this edition puts a lot of emphasis on Visualization and how it can be leveraged in Scrum Mastery practices.

PLEASE NOTE: This program DOES NOT cover the fundamentals of the Scrum framework. A working knowledge of Scrum is required to attend this class. It is also aimed at those who are currently, or intend to be, practicing as Scrum Masters. This program is a commitment to learning over a period of six months.
