VDP Flagship is a 12-month, blended-learning programme built around you. What’s inside the programme?

• Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Education
• 12-month online paced modules with live tutorials and workshops throughout
• 8 in-person workshop days
• A career blueprint aligned to your goals
• Group & 1:1 sessions with each mentor

You will leave the programme with:

• A tailored career plan aligned with your goals
• A clear niche and message you can teach and speak on with authority
• A personal brand strategy built for teaching or industry leadership roles
• The foundations of a publication or speaking pipeline

PROGRAMME DURATION: 12 month online paced programme
1st April 2027 - 31st March 2028.
1 year access to course modules. 

IN PERSON TEACHING DAYS: hosted in London, venue to be confirmed. 
Days 1 & 2: Thursday 29th April, Friday 30th April 2027
Days 3 & 4: Tuesday 13th July, Wednesday 14th July 2027
Days 5 & 6: Thursday 18th & Friday 19th November 2027
Days 7 & 8: Thursday 10th & Friday 11th February 2028

Entry requirements

To be eligible for a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Education, you must:

(1) Hold a 2.2. honours degree (or above) from a UK university or comparable Institution AND have 4 years experience working in the healthcare sector or in a clinical role in healthcare. 
OR 
(2) Accredited Prior Learning  (APL/ APEL), please contact us to discuss further:
- Five years experience working as a manager in the healthcare sector (APEL) – discretionary eligibility
- Any other source of Recognised Prior Learning

(3) Have a sufficient level of English to complete your course, take part in discussions and to complete your assessments
