The Sustainable Event Summit will return to The Showman’s Show on Wednesday 21st October 2026. This free-to-attend, action-focused summit will focus on the next steps in the Climate Transition Plan 2030, as presented in the recently launched Show Must Go On report.

The afternoon programme brings outdoor event organisers, suppliers, local authorities, and experts together, driving collaborative resource development, industry standards, best practice, and innovation to inspire climate action for UK events. An exclusive morning roundtable will be open to events committed to climate action through the 2030Pledge
