Honor your Hometown Hero from Wabash County who has served or is serving in the military and/or fire, and safety field by purchasing a 2" X 9" commemorative nameplate. The nameplate will include your hero's name, area of service, and rank/title. Your hero must either be part of the US Army, US Navy, US Marines, US Air Force, US Coast Guard,  US Space Force, Wabash County Emergency Management, Fire Department, Police Department, or Sheriff's Department. The nameplates will be installed permanently on the Hero Memorial Pillars as a tribute to those who have sacrificed for the betterment of all.

Before Purchasing, Please note: 

• Each commemorative nameplate purchased is $100 and will be permanently displayed on the Hero Memorial. 
  
• Honoree MUST be from Wabash County. 
  
• If your Honoree served in the military and in Fire/Safety, you only need to order one nameplate. Select BOTH Military & Fire/Police/Safety at checkout. 
• Commemorative nameplates will not be hung alphabetically, since this program is continual and heroes will be added as they are received in no particular order. 
• Funds collected are earmarked for the cost of the memorial and its future upkeep. 
• If you would like to purchase more than 1 commemorative nameplate, you must purchase each individually.
• Nameplates ordered between October 1 through March 31, will be installed in May. Nameplates ordered between April 1 and September 30, will be installed by Veteran's Day in November. The same ordering schedule will follow each year, as long as there is not an issue with the engraver.
• The same ordering cycle will follow year after year.
