91st Vancouver Oxford & Cambridge Boat Race Dinner (2025)

The Vancouver Oxford and Cambridge Society cordially invites alumni, their families, and friends to the 91st Boat Race Dinner on Saturday May 24th, 2025 at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club.

Guests of Honour: Dr. Doug Clement, CM and Diane Clement, CM

Dr. Doug and Diane Clement are Olympic athletes, visionary coaches, and nationally celebrated leaders in Canadian sport. Both are inductees in the BC Sports Hall of Fame and Members of the Order of Canada. Together, they co-founded the Richmond Kajaks track club, helped launch the Vancouver Sun Run, and have shaped the landscape of athletics and sports medicine in Canada for over six decades.

Ticket includes a three-course dinner and a complimentary drink ticket. Wine during dinner will be available for purchase by the glass or by the bottle.

Venue: Royal Vancouver Yacht Club, 3811 Point Grey Road Vancouver, BC V6R 1B3

Cost: $135 per person

Final Deadline to purchase tickets: May 11th, 2025
Attire: Black tie optional/cocktail attire (or lounge suit, boat club/blues jacket)
Ticket Includes: Three-Course Meal, One Drink

The check-out form will ask for the names of your guests. If you don't know the name of your guest yet, just add a placeholder name and we can change this later.

**To minimize costs and avoid payment processing fees and keep tickets as affordable as possible, we are accepting RSVPs through Ticket Tailor with payment via Interac e-Transfer. E-transfer payment to vanoxbridge@gmail.com to confirm your tickets. Please include the buyer's name in the e-transfer to help us match it with your order.** If you need to pay by cheque, email us and we'll provide the instructions for that.

We are grateful for any contribution you could make beyond the ticket price to help us cover the costs of running VOCS and events which may incur expense. We also welcome contributions from members who cannot attend.
