Volunteers Week Celebration Picnic

VAAC are delighted to invite you and some of your volunteers to our Volunteer Celebration Picnic at Aldingbourne Country Centre.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Volunteers Week and to thank your volunteers for all they do for you.

We will be joined by the High Sheriff for West Sussex, Philippa Gogarty. 

We are delighted to have live musical entertainment from the Sleepy Lagoon Orchestra, a fantastic local swing band: They have received recognition as being one of the most authentic sounding bands in the country and have performed in functions for the Mayor of Chichester, The Bishop of Chichester, Goodwood House, The Festival of Speed and Revival meeting. They have also performed in Chartres and Speyer in Germany in association with the city twinning groups. 

Please bring a picnic, some camping chairs and/or a picnic rug. We'd also love you to bring some information or a banner to represent your organisation, as this will be a great opportunity to chat to other groups too.

Please make 1 booking per organisation and each organisation will be able to bring up to 8 people to the event, including your staff and volunteers. Spaces are limited, and are offered on a first come, first served basis. On booking your space, please indicate how many people will be coming.

We will be providing tea, coffee and some celebration cakes!

Please note we are asking for a donation of £5 per organisation which will be going to the Aldingbourne Trust in appreciate of them hosting this event.
