Join us for an interactive session delivered by Tim Larden from Ladbrook Insurance covering: The risks that community and voluntary groups face, how to evaluate the risks and the role of insurance.
Tim has over 20 years experience in the insurance sector and has worked specifically with charities for 12 years.
In this session we will explore:
- How to define and evaluate the risks your group faces
- What factors can increase the likelihood of something going wrong
- How to identify risks for your group
- The common risks and scenarios that community and voluntary groups face
- Specific questions from the participants about their concerns

Parking: Two disabled spaces at the front of the building. Free on street parking and a pay for car park within a 5 minute walk.
Terms and Conditions
This event is free to members and registered partners, £15 to non members and
non registered partners. Please contact us if you would like to join VAAC. We
offer 2 places per organisation and if any further places are required we hold
these on a waiting list and organisations will be informed nearer the time if
there are spaces available. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please
de-register on Ticket Tailor or let us know via email. Our events are
normally fully booked so if you let us know you are no longer able to make it
we can open your space up to another organisation, who may not otherwise be
able to attend.
