Volunteers' Week Celebration Picnic

VAAC are delighted to invite you and some of your volunteers to our Volunteer Celebration Picnic at Ferring Country Centre.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Volunteers Week and to thank your volunteers for all they do for you.

Please bring a picnic, some camping chairs and/or a picnic rug, and if you'd like to, a gazebo to offer some shade. We'd also love you to bring some information or a banner to represent your organisation, as this will be a great opportunity to chat to other groups too.

Please make 1 booking per organisation and each organisation will be able to bring 8 people to the event, including your staff and volunteers. Spaces are limited, and are offered on a first come, first served basis. On booking your space, please indicate how many people will be coming.

We will be providing tea, coffee and some celebration cakes!

If you have a gazebo to put up, please arrive from 11.30am.

A special thank you to Ferring Country Centre for hosting our event, we are so grateful for your support.

We are asking for a donation of £5 per organisation which will be going to Ferring Country Centre in appreciation of them hosting this event.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please de-register on Ticket Tailor or let us know via email. Our events are normally fully booked so if you let us know you are no longer able to make it we can open your space up to another organisation, who may not otherwise be able to attend.
