Do you or someone you know need help and support with drugs or alcohol misuse?

Do you know how to spot the signs of addiction or start a conversation with a person who may need support?

Change Grow Live is a nationwide charity that helps tens of thousands of people each day with the challenges of drug and alcohol misuse.

Its mission is to help people change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential.

If you know someone who may be affected by these issues, join us for this free drug and alcohol awareness session and understand how your organisation or voluntary group can get support.

Find out about the free treatment options that Change Grow Live offer for service users, friends, family members or those in your community.

Suitable for managers, employees and volunteers; the session will cover:

• Awareness of the key issues concerning drug and alcohol misuse in Camden.
• Recognise the signs and symptoms of substance abuse.
• Understand the effects addiction has on both physical and mental health.
• Get practical support on how to reduce harm and safeguarding others.

Everyone’s recovery from an addiction is different, so the vision at Change Grow Live is to develop, deliver and share a whole person approach that changes society.

• Places for this session are extremely limited and open to VAC members and voluntary organisations / groups delivering services in Camden only.
• All ticket registrations will be verified, and non-attendees may be restricted from attending future VAC training and events.
• Please note: All attendees will be asked to complete a short assessment after training.
