Lunch and Learn - You’re Welcome: Moving from ‘Recruitment and Onboarding’ to ‘Welcoming and Belonging

About the session: During this lunch & learn we’ll be thinking about the volunteer journey from the perspectives of connection and inclusion, drawing lessons from places and spaces where we’ve felt like we’ve belonged and reflecting on what this teaches us about the experiences we want all volunteers to have.

Bio: Chris is Head of Volunteering at Macmillan Cancer Support and an active volunteer in his local community. Shaped by his experience in international humanitarian relief and his local voluntary sector leadership as former CEO of Volunteer Centre Sutton, Chris is passionate about creating inclusive communities through meaningful engagement and vibrant volunteering.
