County Commissioners' fond farewell campfire

Emma & Sue would like to invite you to their fond farewell campfire.

Emma and Sue have led us as our county commissioners for the past five years, giving their time, energy, and heart to guiding in Gloucestershire. This June, they will pass the baton to Frances Beavis, who will take us forward into the future.

They would love for you to join us around the campfire as we come together to celebrate Emma and Sue, and to thank them for their dedication, leadership, and the lasting difference they have made.

Let’s gather, share stories, and show our appreciation for two incredible volunteers who have given so much to our guiding community 

Venue - Bradshaw Woods at Cowley Adventure

Date - Saturday 13 June 2026

Time - 5.30-7.30pm

Who is it for? - All adult volunteers from Girlguiding Gloucestershire

What to bring:

• A flask/drinks
• A plate (for a jacket potato and butter)
• Something to sit on (camp chairs are welcome)
