Partnership Collective Un-Conference

You’re invited to join us in Emmaus, Helvoirt (NL) for a week of shared learning, inspiration, and Holy Spirit-led collaboration in biblical partnership development.

This isn’t a conference — it’s an unconference: participant-led, flexible, and fuelled by what you bring. No experts, no pressure — just a community of experienced practitioners sharing best practices, challenges, and new ideas.

The Plan

• Arrive: Monday 13th April (dinner at 18:00 CET).
• Tuesday–Thursday: Start each day by “building the board” — you choose and lead sessions that matter. Up to 5 sessions (1.5 hrs each) can run at once, and you can move freely between them.
• Evenings: One-minute “smackdown” sessions to share key insights and wins.
• Friday: Breakfast and farewells.

Everything else — food, coffee, and rhythm — is arranged so you can focus on connecting, learning, and creating.

What to Bring

Bring your whole self. Come rested and ready to contribute — an idea, a question, a workshop, or just your presence.

Possible session sparks:

• I want to test a new workshop.
• I am challenged by this Bible verse: let's talk about it.
• How do we talk to leaders of organisations?
• How do we bring organisations who are new to this, into the middle?
• Can we spend time praising God in the chapel?
• I’d love feedback on a sermon.

• Who can help me think through my toughest coachees?
• I need there to be a workshop on the topic of…
• I would like to write an A4 on a policy on…
• I want to go for a walk.

Plus One

This is a +1 event: bring one person from your organisation or another group that could benefit. We aim for 40 participants total. We do require participants to be already experienced as equippers in partnership development. This Unconference is intended for those that are already work at and implementing MPD in their organisation, participants should bring their knowledge to share.

To experiment, grow, and build together — and shape a larger Partnership Collective gathering in 2027.

Will It Be Crazy?
