About Passes

• Your ticket will be emailed to you after purchase.

• Festival access is provided via a wristband worn throughout the day.

• Wristbands are valid only for the specific day(s) purchased.

• A wristband is required to enter performance areas.

• Wristbands are non-transferable once applied and void if removed or tampered with.

• Wristband registration may be required.

Festival Access

• Festival tickets provide access to all scheduled performances.

• Booths and social areas are open to the public.

• Performance areas require a valid wristband.

• Performance seating is open to attendees ages 13 and up with a valid festival wristband. Children ages 0–12 are not permitted in performance seating and must use Kids Corner.

• Children will be divided into two groups: Ages 2–8 and Ages 9–12
• Kids Corner is a supervised space for parents or guardians attending festival performances
• A separate Kids Corner ticket is required
• Kids Corner tickets do not include access to performance seating
• Kids Corner is not available during workshops
• Parent or guardian must remain on-site at all times
• Capacity is limited. Advance purchase is recommended

3:00 – 3:30 PM: VV Energy by 20 Hertz
5:30 – 7:00 PM: VV Night Show

Saturday
1:00 – 2:00 PM: VV Trivia Live
5:30 – 7:00 PM: VV Night Show

• VV Technique Stations are an interactive, rotating experience led by multiple VV presenters
• Participants rotate through four technique stations, learning a Visual Vernacular (VV) technique at each station
• A separate Technique Stations ticket is required
• CEUs included
• Only 20 spots available
• Kids Corner is not available during workshop hours

Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• Tickets are not transferable.

• Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced.

• Performance seating is open to attendees ages 13 and up
