Bursary ticket - £225 +bf
Standard ticket - £800 +bf
Standard ticket + flight - £970 +bf

Registration

Presale tickets go on sale 10am, Friday 5th December. These are reserved for our community members.

General sale will open 10am, Saturday 6th December.

There are some demographic questions in the sign up to help us with ensuring we are reaching as many people as possible. This information will be anonymised.

Please note that the basket timer runs out between 7 - 30 minutes. Please make sure to read all trip details, so you're prepared when you get to check out.

All purchases are final and we are unable to issue refunds. If you're unable to attend the trip you can try to find someone to replace you. You will need to inform us of any changes to your booking. You have until the 1st February 2026 to make any ticket transfers.

Bursary and Supported Tickets

We have 2 bursary tickets available for members with no/low incomes. These tickets are allocated based on honesty. We do not ask for proof. If you can afford to pay the Standard Ticket price, please do, so Bursary tickets go to those who otherwise could not afford to attend. We make no profit from our events, so the price of the Standard Ticket reflects the cost of the trip which is made possible by the hard work of our volunteer team.
