Join us for a night in the heart of Highland Perthshire. Our introduction to wild camping course is the perfect way to try out wild camping if you've never done it before, or you'd like a bit more confidence, and we'll be there with you every step of the way.
We'll meet in Blair Atholl* around lunchtime and wander up through Glen Tilt, an historic drover's road that links all the way to the heart of the Cairngorms, and beyond, if you walk far enough through the glen - we won't be going that far on this trip though. Following the River Tilt, we will have a leisurely walk, getting used to the weight of the pack on our backs, looking around us, seeing the geology, plant life, history and hopefully some wildlife.
A week before the event, there will be an evening session to go through the kit list, how to pack your rucksack and give you some ideas of food to take with you*. This may be on Zoom or in-person depending on locations of participants. A kit list will be sent to you after booking.
