New to Subject Leadership - Autumn Offer

Autumn Offer: Schools can send multiple delegates on all 3 sessions for only £200. If you would like to book all three sessions as a package, please book this option. The Autumn offer special price ends by start of session 1.

These sessions will support teachers to understand the roles and responsibilities of being a subject leader for the first time. Throughout the course, we will share top tips for managing time and balancing workload.

Session 1: Ensuring a clear understanding of the intent, implementation and impact of your subject. This session will also address the Ofsted Framework and subject-specific updates. 02/10/2024

Session 2: This session will focus on the importance of monitoring and evaluating: sharing good practice and addressing inconsistencies. This will be a face-to-face session so subject leaders can share examples of strong work from their own school. 18/03/2025

Session 3: Future planning - this session will provide the opportunity to look ahead and action plan for your next steps as a leader and for your subject. 24/06/2025

All sessions are 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Session 1 & 3 are online. Session 2 will be at Chesterton Primary School, SW11 5DT.

Individual sessions can be booked for £100 per school.

• Over 90 days: Full refund
• 90-30 days: 50% refund
• 29-8 days: 20% refund
• 7 days or less: No refund

In the case of an Ofsted inspection on the day, full refund.
