Thinking Deputies/ Assistant Heads

Multi-Session CPD

This is the proposed week that the programme will start. All sessions and dates will be confirmed. Delegates must attend all sessions.

A series of sessions across the year aimed at deputy heads in all settings (primary/secondary/special). These sessions are a mix of short input from a trained, leadership coach and then confidential, facilitated group coaching/problem solving.

Led by Mike Fleetham - an experienced trainer, facilitator, mediator, author and ILM-accredited executive coach.

Group sizes are capped to between 6-8 delegates.

Sessions will run 8:30 -10:30am hosted on rotation of the delegates’ schools.

Session 4: 11/03/2026

Session 5: 29/04/2026

Session 6: 17/06/2026

Offer: This leadership course is £395 per delegate. Delegates must attend all six sessions.
