A three-part leadership programme focused on securing strong foundations in reading, writing and mathematics - so gaps don't widen over time. Grounded in research, it supports leaders to align curriculum, teaching and assessment, ensuring key knowledge is built early and sustained as pupils progress.

Programme format

3 x 2-hour live webinars

• Session 1: 11th November 1-3pm (Reception)
• Session 2: 20th January 1-3pm (KS1)
• Session 3: 17th March 1-3pm (KS2)

Cost: £60 for all 3 sessions, including session recordings and slides.

Who should attend?

We recommend the Deputy or Assistant Head (curriculum lead) attends all sessions and:

• EYFS Lead attends Session 1
• KS1 Lead attends Session 2
• KS2 Lead attends Session 3
