RISE Open Schools Fortnight: Ambitious and Inclusive Practice: From Strong Starts to Strong Outcomes

Intended audience: Primary Senior Leaders and Headteachers

This RISE Open Schools event offers school leaders the opportunity to see strong, inclusive practice in action at Chesterton Primary School. Through leadership input, a guided tour and live classroom visits, participants will explore how strong foundations, early identification of need and a deeply embedded child-centred ethos lead to sustained outcomes for all pupils. The visit will also show how a strong culture of professional development supports consistent high-quality teaching and strong outcomes for children. Leaders will engage in professional dialogue with the school team, examine pupil outcomes and unpick the practical approaches that underpin success, with a clear focus on strategies that can be adapted and applied in their own settings.
