Warden House PTFA Fireworks 2023

Dear All,

Unfortunately it is with a heavy hearts we regret to announce that we are having to postpone the Warden House Fireworks. The decision has been made due to the unsettled weather conditions and unpredictable wind direction.

The event is being rescheduled to Sunday 5th November. Because it’s Sunday night we are changing the time of the display, the gates will open at 4:30pm and the display will start at 6pm.

We know that this will be disappointing for everyone, including us as volunteer organisers, however our priority is everyone’s safety and the weather forecast would make going ahead with the event unsafe.

The forecast for Sunday is much better. Your tickets will be automatically valid for the new date. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone on Sunday 5th November to enjoy the fireworks.

Warden House Primary School Parent , Teacher and Friend Association is delighted to be able to put in our community fireworks event in 2023.

Tickets are available at a discounted rate for advanced booking, £7 per adult and £5 per child. Children 3 and under are free. 

**PRESALE ONLY FAMILY OFFER** 2 adults and 2 children for £22

*£8 per adult and £6 per child on the day.

All children and young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

Please note the following terms and conditions of sale of tickets:

Please ensure you have printed a copy of your QR code or have a screen shot of them on your phone in case of internet issues. The QR code will be scanned on entry. If you need to leave and re-enter the ground your QR code will need to be checked out and in again.

Ticket costs include a £1 booking fee.

Should I book in advance?
Yes, we have a limited capacity, and once this is met, no more tickets will be sold.

What time does the event start?
The gates will open at 16:30 - the display will begin at 18:00, please arrive in plenty of time as we are hoping that the event will be well attended.

What if it rains on the day of the event?
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the organisers reserve the right to move the event to an alternative date. If the event cannot be rescheduled, then tickets will be refunded minus the £1 booking fee.

Are tickets refundable?
Please note if the event goes ahead on any date, all tickets are non-refundable.

Can I bring sparklers?
Unfortunately, for the safety of our visitors, sparklers (or any other fireworks) are not allowed at the event.

Where can I park?
There will be no parking available on site and the surrounding area does become very busy, so we recommend using public transport where possible.

NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT ON SITE.
